Babycloth does accept returns on items that are not personalized as long as they are unwashed and not used. If you have any issues or questions about anything you have recieved, please email me at babycloth@icloud.com

Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for return however, if you have any issues with part of your order please email me at babycloth@icloud.com to discuss solutions.
